WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that that you are 18 years of age or older.
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is delivered in satisfactory condition. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or deemed unsatisfactory. Should your wine not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us within 5 working days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Vintages are subject to change. In the event that we have run out of an item that you have ordered we will let you know by email or telephone before dispatch of stock. Customers have the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.
Rowlee accepts that on rare occasions wine can be "faulty" If a customer considers a wine to be 'faulty', we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase, within reason.
PAYMENT
Online orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX.
No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order and receive payment.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and include GST, and are subject to change.
In certain circumstances we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on our site.
The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.
COUPON CODES
Please note that all promotional coupon codes we provide are for use exclusively in our online store.
MINIMUM PURCHASE
All wines are sold by the half dozen or dozen (6 bottles or multiples of 12).
DELIVERY, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is delivered in satisfactory condition. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or deemed unsatisfactory.
Should your wine not arrive in acceptable condition within 7 working days please contact us.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
